Requesting a Paid Plan

ClearHire has three plans: Free, Pro and Team. Pro and Team are available by arrangement: you request the plan in the app, and the ClearHire team sets it up on your account. There is no card form. Free stays a full plan that does not run out, and employment verification is on it.

Where to request a plan

Sign in and open Settings → Plan (/settings/plan). The Pro and Team cards each carry Request this plan, which asks for the yearly price, and Request it monthly instead. Team also asks how many seats you need, from three.

On the pricing page the same button takes you to the plan page, or to sign in first if you are signed out.

What happens after you press it

  • One press files a request. The card then shows Requested on and the date, so you can see it was received.
  • The ClearHire team reviews the request in the admin Plans queue and sets the plan up on your account.
  • When it is granted, the card shows Granted on and the date, and the plan's limits apply straight away.
  • If the team does not set it up this time, the card says so, and you can request again later.

You can have one open request at a time. Pressing the button again while one is open sends nothing new and tells you a request is already open.

What a paid plan changes

A paid plan raises limits, such as how many saved resumes or job alerts you can keep, and Team adds shared seats with one person managing them. It never changes credibility: a role countersigned on Free is identical to one countersigned on a paid plan. The current limits and prices are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to enter card details?

No. A request needs only the plan, the period and, for Team, the number of seats.

Can I request a plan from the Android app?

The Android app shows which plan you are on. Plans are requested on the web, at /settings/plan.

What happens to my data if a plan ends?

Nothing you have already made is deleted when a plan ends. Your account goes back to the Free limits.
