ClearHire for Companies
ClearHire for companies is the employer side of the platform that lets organizations create company profiles, post jobs, manage applicants, search for talent, review employees, and confirm employment through verification. It is the counterpart to the job-seeker experience: where candidates build verified histories, companies post roles and engage with candidates whose claims can be confirmed.
Company profiles
Create one or more company profiles, each with its own office locations and branding — colors, banners, and taglines. A well-built profile gives candidates a clear sense of who you are and lets a single account manage several companies or business units.
Job posting
Post roles with detailed requirements and salary ranges. Adding a salary range is not just good practice; it also feeds the candidate-side salary filter, helping the right applicants find your role. Clear requirements improve match quality and reduce noise in your pipeline.
Applicant tracking
Manage candidates through a hiring pipeline so you always know where each applicant stands. This mirrors the candidate's own application tracking from the other side: as you move people through stages, both you and the process stay organized.
| Capability | What it does |
|---|---|
| Company profiles | Multiple companies, locations, and branding |
| Job posting | Requirements plus salary ranges |
| Applicant tracking | A pipeline to manage candidates |
| Talent search | Find people by skills, experience, and location |
| Employee reviews | Review employees tied to verified roles |
| Verification | Confirm employment for your employees |
Talent search
Search for candidates by skills, experience, and location to source proactively rather than waiting for applications. Combined with ClearHire's verification layer, you can engage candidates whose work history can be confirmed.
Employment verification (employer side)
When a current or former employee requests verification of a role, an authorized contact at your company can confirm it. Confirmations are time-bound: requests carry a timeout, so action them promptly to avoid letting valid requests lapse. By confirming honestly, you help build a more trustworthy hiring ecosystem for everyone. See employment verification for how the request flow works end to end.
Employee reviews
Reviews on ClearHire are mutual and tied to a verified employment link. As a company, you can review employees who genuinely worked with you, just as they can review you. This keeps feedback grounded in real relationships rather than anonymous posts — see company reviews.
Company insights
Company insights help you understand engagement with your profile and postings, so you can refine how you present roles and your brand to candidates.
What the company tools do not do
- Verification is not a background check. Confirming a role acknowledges the relationship; it does not assess performance, salary, or conduct.
- Posting a job does not guarantee applicants. Clear requirements and salary ranges help, but reach depends on candidate activity.
- Talent search is bounded by the platform. You search candidates within ClearHire, not the entire labor market.
FAQ
Can one account manage multiple companies?
Yes. You can create multiple company profiles, each with its own locations and branding, under your account.
Should I include a salary range when posting?
Including a range is recommended. It feeds the candidate-side salary filter and tends to attract better-matched applicants.
How do we confirm an employee's role?
When the employee requests verification, an authorized contact confirms it before the request times out. The role then carries a verified badge. See employment verification.
Are employee reviews anonymous?
Reviews are tied to a verified employment link, so they reflect a real working relationship rather than anonymous posting. See company reviews.
Does ClearHire cost anything for companies?
No. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases, for either job seekers or companies. The one paid option is a separate white-label license for organizations that want their own branded deployment of the platform — it is not required to post jobs or hire on ClearHire itself.
