Blind and ClearHire
Blind: An anonymous workplace community that describes its members as verified professionals and carries company reviews. This page is the practical half: what carries across, in what order, and where it stops. For this one, very little does.
Who should stay, and who should move
Choose Blind if you want anonymous talk among people inside the same companies.
Choose ClearHire if you want a named company's answer on your own record, and a review tied to a countersigned role.
There is nothing to move
A review written on Blind stays on Blind. ClearHire imports none, and we know of no way to bring one across.
- On ClearHire, reviews are tied to a role. Company reviews says who can write one and how it is checked before it shows.
- If you want the role itself on record first, start with Request employment verification.
What we checked
Every row was read on Blind’s own pages on 7 November 2026. A page that did not say gets “not stated”, never “no”. Open Blind’s site and check us.
| What | Blind | ClearHire | Blind’s page |
|---|---|---|---|
| A named company countersigns a role, and the record is then locked | Not stated on the pages we checked | Yes | — |
| People write about companies in public | Yes | Yes | teamblind.com |
| Companies write about people, in public | Not stated on the pages we checked | Partly | — |
Blind’s prices: not stated on the pages we checked.
ClearHire’s plans and prices are on Paid plans, and the full side-by-side is on ClearHire’s comparison page.
Note from the check: Only the home page was readable; the FAQ and help pages were empty or missing.
Where ClearHire falls short
- Only resumes leave in six formats. A resume exports as PDF, Word, JSON, HTML, Markdown or XML. Cover letters copy out as plain text, and a portfolio has no export.
- Free exports name us. A resume exported on Free carries one “built with” line. Paid plans remove it.
- There is no career path on your record. The roadmap and skills-gap pages are reading, not a plan kept for you.
- A company’s answer about a person stays private. Only that person and the company’s admins can read it.
